1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The last elected Chair Cooper called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.
Present 3- Board Member Peter Hendrickson, Board Member Ken Coker and Board Member David Cooper.
Absent 2 - Board Member Richard Yahn and Board Member Dan O'Rouke

2. DISCUSSION OF BOARD APPOINTMENTS AND TERM LIMITS
Chief Building Official welcomed the board members and explained the boards role for hearing appeals of code enforcement
cases primarily. Board Member Coker inquired about notification of board members for when an appeal is submitted and Chief
Building Official Jesse Oswald explained the process and minimum notification time frame as well as special meetings. The
board member discussed calendaring the meetings in advance per the rules and procedures which is once per quarter.
Discussed appointment of new chair and board member vacancies.
