PRESENTATION - CONSIDERATION OF FISCAL YEAR 2022/23 REGIONAL  
OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AND DEBT  
SERVICE BUDGET AND COST ALLOCATIONS  
Attachments:  
Kimberly Zunino, Deputy Director - Administration, reviewed the  
proposed FY2022/23 Regional budget, including projected  
expenditures, CIP funding, miscellaneous revenues and the partner  
allocations and requested the Subcommittee's recommendation for  
approval. Deputy Director Zunino discussed City Council direction to  
establish a 115 Trust to address the City's unfunded pension liability  
and Staff will work on a strategy for funding the amount for the  
Regional portion and bring it to the partners for discussion. Deputy  
Director Zunino informed the partners that staff will be working with a  
consultant to develop a long-range financial plan and model for the  
Regional fund.  
Moved by Sonoma Water (Thompson), seconded by City of  
Rohnert Park (Pawson) to recommend approval of the FY2022/23  
budget as presented. Approved by City of Santa Rosa, City of  
Cotati, City of Rohnert Park, City of Sebastopol and Sonoma Water.  
6. ADJOURNMENT  
There being no further business to come before the Santa Rosa  
Subregional Wastewater Technical Advisory Committee, the  
meeting adjourned at 8:17 a.m.  
The next meeting is scheduled for October 13, 2022 at 8:00 a.m.
