CONCEPT DESIGN REVIEW - HIGHWAY 101 BICYCLE AND
PEDESTRIAN OVERCROSSING CONNECTING EDWARDS AND
ELLIOTT AVENUES
BACKGROUND: Construction of a Class I ADA accessible and
mode-separated bicycle and pedestrian bridge over Highway 101 and
associated improvements including landings and landscaping. The
request for the Design Review Board to provide comments and direction
is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
because there is no possibility that the action will have any effect on the
environment (CEQA Guidelines Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15378).
