To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - APPROVAL OF COUNCILMEMBER CHRIS ROGERS’ ABSENCES FROM REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS BACKGROUND: Councilmember Chris Rogers, who recently welcomed a new baby into his family, last attended a regular City Council meeting on May 8, 2024, and was absent from the May 21, 2024, and June 4, 2024, regular City Council meetings. Rule I.F. of the City Council Procedures and Protocols provides that “[i]f a Councilmember is absent without Council permission from all regular City Council meetings for thirty (30) days consecutively from the last regular meeting he/she attends, his/her office becomes vacant and shall be filled as any other vacancy.” Although Councilmember C.
