UPDATE ON LAGUNA TREATMENT PLANT AND THE EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION
Staff will provide an update on the treatment plant response and the actions taken during last week’s atmospheric river leading to the declaration of a local emergency. The Board may discuss this item and give direction to staff.
