MOTION - CONTRACT AWARD - ROSELAND PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by motion, award Contract No. C02113, Roseland Pavement Maintenance to resurface Rose Avenue (Stony Point Road to Burbank Avenue) and Sunset Avenue (Burbank Avenue to McMinn Avenue), in the amount of $690,377.00 to the lowest responsible bidder, Team Ghilotti, Inc. of Petaluma, California, approve a 10% contract contingency, and authorize a total contract amount of $759,414.70. The source of funds is the Transportation Payment as stipulated in the Roseland Pre-Annexation Agreement. No City General Fund money is included in this project.
