REPORT - CLEAN WATER STATE REVOLVING FUND APPLICATION AND WATER INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE AND INNOVATION ACT LETTER OF INTEREST AND LOAN APPLICATION FOR THE FULTON ROAD SEWER LIFT STATION RELOCATION PROJECT
BACKGROUND: This proposed action will recommend that City Council authorize the submission of a Clean Water State Revolving Fund Application to the State Water Resources Control Board and a Letter of Interest and Application to the Environmental Protection Agency for a Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act loan to fund the Fulton Road Sewer Lift Station Relocation Project.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by Santa Rosa Water that the Board of Public Utilities, by motion, recommend that the City Council authorize the submission of a Financial Assistance Application to the State Water Resources Control Board for Clean Water State Revolving Fund financing and a Letter of Interest and loan application to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for Water Infrastructure Finance...
