ORDINANCE ADOPTION SECOND READING - ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA AMENDING TITLE 20 OF THE SANTA ROSA CITY CODE TO AMEND SECTIONS 20-23.030 AND 20-24.030 REGARDING REQUIREMENTS FOR ADULT ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESSES
RECOMMENDATION: This ordinance, introduced at the March 4, 2025, Regular Meeting by a 7-0-0-0 vote, amends Zoning Code Sections 20-23.030 and 20-24.030 regarding permitting requirements for “adult entertainment business.”
