POLICE OVERSIGHT: INDEPENDENT POLICE AUDITOR AND CIVILIAN REVIEW MODELS
The Police Department will present an overview of police oversight, which will include a review of best practices for law enforcement agencies, a review of the scope of work of the City’s independent police auditor, and a look at some models from other agencies.
This study session is provided for the Council’s information, and no action will be taken. The Council will have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss, and provide feedback to staff.
