Title: REPORT - INSTALLATION OF A PUBLIC RESTROOM IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA BACKGROUND: The City Council directed City staff to evaluate and install a public toilet option to provide for a safe, economical and sustainable public restroom solution within the Downtown area. Nineteen (19) locations overall were evaluated by staff. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution, approve installation of a prefabricated restroom at City Hall Annex, 90 Santa Rosa Avenue.
