BACKGROUND: The Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report
(EIR) evaluates the environmental effects associated with the proposed
Santa Rosa City Hall Development Agreement (Project). The City of
Santa Rosa, as Lead Agency under the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA), has prepared a Supplemental EIR to evaluate the
proposed Development Agreement between the City and Museum on
the Square, LLC (Developer) concerning the City Hall Campus and the
reasonably foreseeable environmental effects of that discretionary
action
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Economic Development
Department recommends that the Planning Commission hold a public
hearing on the Santa Rosa City Hall Development Agreement Draft
