The wells are intended to augment water supplies during periods of drought. In connection with Sonoma Water’s Emergency Sebastopol Road Well Activation Project, which upgraded the Sebastopol Road well (“Well”) during the most recent drought, Sonoma Water requires a water line and access easement over a portion of the Property.
