RECOMMENDATION: This ordinance, introduced at the November 18, 2104, Regular Meeting, by a 5-2 vote (Vice Mayor Swinth and Council Member Carlstrom voting No), denies the appeal of the Planning Commission recommendation and amends Title 20 of the Santa Rosa City Code and reclassifies the property located at 408 Calistoga Road to the R-1-6 District - Calistoga Cottages - File Number MJP13-007.
