RESOLUTION - PROJECT SPECIFIC MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA FOR THE HEARN AVENUE AT HIGHWAY 101 - PHASE 3 REBUILD INTERCHANGE
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution, approve a Project Specific Maintenance Agreement for Hearn Avenue Overcrossing with City of Santa Rosa with the State of California, acting by and through the Department of Transportation (Caltrans), and the City of Santa Rosa regarding maintenance responsibilities within State right of way for the Highway 101 and Hearn Interchange project, and delegate authority to the City Manager to execute the agreement.
