REQUEST FOR AGENDA ITEM REGARDING POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICY 428 AND OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO COUNTY JAIL
BACKGROUND: At the February 7, 2017 City Council meeting, Council Member Combs requested a future agenda item to consider revising Santa Rosa Police Department Policy 428 and to consider obligations with respect to the County jail. Vice Mayor Tibbetts concurred with the request.
