RESOLUTION - APPROVAL OF EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DAY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (DBA) DAY WIRELESS SYSTEMS, FOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR EXISTING COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance Department that the Council, by resolution, approve an Eighth Amendment to General Services Agreement Number F000913 with Day Management Corporation (DBA) Day Wireless Systems, Benicia, California, for a one-year extension and increasing compensation by $117,000 to provide maintenance, repair, and inspection services for existing communications equipment, for a total not to exceed amount of $831,826.14.
