RESOLUTION - SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEXIPOL, LLC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Human Resources Department that the Council, by resolution: 1) approve the Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F002263 with Lexipol, LLC, Frisco, Texas, adding compensation by $100,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $200,000 and extending time of performance to June 30, 2026; and 2) authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment.
