MOTION - CONTRACT AWARD FOR THE TRANSIT MALL ROADBED REHABILITATION PROJECT
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by motion, award Contract No. C02395, Transit Mall Roadbed Rehabilitation (“Project”), in the amount of $1,048,835 to the lowest responsible bidder, Ghilotti Bros., Inc. of San Rafael, California, approve a 15% contract contingency, and authorize a total contract amount of $1,206,160.25.
