To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Attention Mac User for Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100: In order to view attachments on agendas, hold down the Control key and using your mouse track-pad select the attachment you would like to view. Then select the option to Open Link in New Tab.

Title: COUNCIL TRAINING - iLEGISLATE VOTING VoteCast display is a software that is integrated with iLegislate, allowing Council Members to use their iPads when requesting to speak, making or seconding motions, and voting on agenda items during Council meetings. This will include displaying agenda items, speaker names, speaker timer, motions, and vote results over the projector and monitors with real-time updates during the meeting in the Council Chamber. RECOMMENDATION: This is a training session for the City Council to learn how to use the iLegislate Voting and no action will be taken.
