MOTION - APPROVAL OF SIXTH AMENDMENT TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER 162712A WITH MES SERVICE COMPANY, LLC
RECOMMENDATION: The Fire and Finance Departments recommend that the Council, by motion, approve the Sixth Amendment to Blanket Purchase Order Number 162712A with MES Service Company, LLC, San Diego, California, to increase compensation in the amount of $116,116.38, for a total amount not to exceed $1,095,116.38, and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the changes to the Blanket Purchase Order. This item has no impact on current fiscal year budget.
