PRESENTED BY: LIZZETTE MARQUEZ, CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER II RECOMMENDATION: The City of Santa Rosa respectfully requests that the Board of Building Regulations Appeals, upon reviewing this staff report and considering all relevant testimony and evidence presented during the Appeal Hearing, deny the appeal tendered by the property owner, Mares, Benjamin E Sr hereafter known as the Appellant and uphold staff’s issuance of the Notice and Order to Vacate.
