MOTION - AUTHORITY TO ISSUE DESIGN-BUILD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING GENERATOR, 955 AND 965 SONOMA AVENUE
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Department of Transportation and Public Works and the Police Department that the Council, by motion, approve the use of the Design-Build procurement method as in the best interest of the City and authorize issuance of a Request for Proposals for a generator installation at the Public Safety Building, 955 and 965 Sonoma Avenue.
