To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Attention Mac User for Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100: In order to view attachments on agendas, hold down the Control key and using your mouse track-pad select the attachment you would like to view. Then select the option to Open Link in New Tab.

Title: REPORT - ADA PARATRANSIT SERVICES CONTRACT AWARD BACKGROUND: The Transit Division (“Transit”) of Transportation and Public Works (TPW) contracts for ADA paratransit services within the City of Santa Rosa and a deviated fixed-route service in Oakmont. Paratransit service complements the City’s fixed route transit system, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), to provide transportation for individuals who are unable to ride the fixed route system. The current contract for these services expires on June 30th, 2015. An RFP was issued for these services and included required performance standards to encourage efficiencies while managing demand. Two proposals were received and evaluated, and the incumbent company, MV Transportation, Inc. was selected by the evaluation team.
