RESOLUTION - CONTRACT EXTENSION - AQUATIC WEED CONTROL
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance and Recreation and Parks Departments that the Council, by resolution, approve the First Amendment to General Services Agreement No. 146984 with Aquatic Environments, Inc., Concord, California, for a two-year contract extension, and increase in funding in the amount of $58,000, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $145,000.
