RESOLUTION - VOLKSWAGEN ENVIRONMENTAL MITIGATION TRUST FUND APPLICATION
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution, authorizes the Director of Transportation and Public Works, or his designee, to submit an application for funding from the Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust Funds program, to sign required assurances, and to administer any awarded funding.
