RESOLUTION - APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CITY MANAGER’S EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT AND INTRODUCE AN ORDINANCE TO INCREASE THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY MANAGER BY PROVIDING, EFFECTIVE APRIL 10, 2022, A 2.5% COST OF LIVING SALARY ADJUSTMENT AND $500 ANNUALLY FOR WELLNESS
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Human Resources Department that the Council: 1) by resolution, approve Amendment No. 1 to the Employment Agreement of the City Manager; and 2) introduce an ordinance to increase the compensation of the City Manager by providing, effective April 10, 2022, a 2.5% Cost of Living Salary Adjustment and $500 annually for wellness.
