Title: PUBLIC HEARING - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT STREAMLINING BACKGROUND: The City is working on an initiative to streamline the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) process with the goal of making it more predictable and less costly for applicants and business owners. The primary objective is to support economic development within the City by making it easier to establish and expand businesses.
