RESOLUTION - FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SHUTE MIHALY & WEINBERGER LLP FOR LEGAL SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the City Attorney’s Office that the Council, by resolution, approve the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Shute Mihaly & Weinberger LLP, San Francisco, CA, in the amount of $75,000 for a total contract amount of $135,000, for representation of the City in CVSR Holdings, LLC v. City of Santa Rosa, et al.
