RESOLUTION - DECLARING RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON TUESDAY, JUNE 6, 2017
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the City Clerk that the Council, by resolution, declare the results of the Consolidated Special Election held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, for two ballot measures: (1) City of Santa Rosa Measure C, Rent Stabilization and Other Tenant Protections Ordinance No. 4072; and (2) City of Santa Rosa Measure D, Cannabis Business Tax.
