Title: REPORT - FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN SANTA ROSA WATER AND THE STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD AND AUTHORIZING AND DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE PARK ROYAL CONSOLIDATION PROJECT BACKGROUND: The State Water Resources Control Board (Water Board) is requiring the Park Royal Mutual Water Company (PRMWC) to connect to the City’s public water system. PRMWC serves 27 parcels from an existing groundwater source that exceeds the State maximum contaminant level for arsenic. Santa Rosa Water will be applying to the Water Board for funding for the Park Royal Consolidation Project (Project) which will provide for the permanent connection of the 27 parcels to the City’s water system. Each permanent connection includes water and infrastructure for both domestic use and fire protection.
