RENT STABILIZATION OPTIONS
During the preparation and update of its work plan, the City Council identified rent stabilization and just cause issues as an option to be discussed and evaluated. This study session has been prepared to review State laws regarding rent stabilization, to consider an overview of the housing market and to consider potential options.
