ORDINANCE ADOPTION SECOND READING - ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-44.040 OF THE CITY CODE TO TERMINATE THE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION ON RENTAL HOUSING PRICE
RECOMMENDATION: This ordinance, introduced at the December 10, 2019, Regular Meeting, by a 5-1-0 vote (Vice Mayor Fleming voting no), terminates the City’s temporary prohibition on rental housing price gouging and the temporary restrictions on tenant evictions effective on the 31st day after its adoption.
