ORDINANCE ADOPTION - ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA AMENDING TITLE 20 OF THE SANTA ROSA CITY CODE BY RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1225 FULTON ROAD FROM THE PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) TO THE RR (RURAL RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT, FILE NO. REZ20-004
RECOMMENDATION: This ordinance, introduced at the September 14, 2021, Regular Meeting by a (6-0-1) vote, with Council Member Tibbetts absent, amends Title 20 of the Santa Rosa City Code by reclassifying the property located at 1225 Fulton Road from the PD (Planned Development) to the RR (Rural Residential) Zoning District.
