MOTION - SECOND AMENDMENT TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER 169623 WITH ENVIRONMENTAL LOGISTICS, INC.
RECOMMENDATION: The Finance Department recommends that the Council, by motion, approve the Second Amendment to Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) Number 169623 with Environmental Logistics, Inc., Bloomington, California, to extend the term one (1) year and increase compensation in the amount of $150,000, for a total BPO amount not to exceed $449,000 and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the Amendment. This item has no impact on current fiscal year budget.
