RECOMMENDATION: The Transportation and Public Works Department recommends that the Council, by motion, approve construction contingency funds for the Route 101 Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing (CML-5028(083)), Contract Number C00769, in the amount of $2,000,000, increasing the total contract amount to $39,574,978.70.
