To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - AGREEMENT WITH SONOMA COUNTY LIBRARY FOR FUNDING TO ASSIST IN THE CREATION OF VIDEO PUBLIC ACCESS FACILITIES BACKGROUND: The City desires to enter into an agreement with Sonoma County Library, under which City will assist in the creation of new video public access facilities in library branches within the territorial limits of the City of Santa Rosa through the provision of PEG fees in the annual amount of $150,000 to Sonoma County Library. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Information Technology Department that the Council, by resolution, approve an agreement with the Sonoma County Library for funding to assist in the creation of video public access facilities.
