RESOLUTION - GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT APPROVAL - FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND TESTING SERVICES, RED HAWK FIRE AND SECURITY (CA), LLC, FREMONT, CA
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance Department that the Council, by resolution, approve a two-year term General Services Agreement (GSA) F001647, with three (3) one-year renewal options to Red Hawk Fire and Security (CA) LLC, Fremont, CA, to provide inspections, maintenance, and repair services as needed of citywide fire suppression systems and their appurtenances in an amount not to exceed $300,000.
