Title: RESOLUTION - APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT/CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 TO THE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM AND SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS, INC. TO INCREASE COMPENSATION BY $2,755,731.11, FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $8,104,319.80 FOR NINE YEARS OF MAINTENANCE AND SOFTWARE SYSTEM UPGRADES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance and Police Departments that the Council, by resolution, approve and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, an Amendment/Change Order No. 3 to the Communications System and Services Agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc. of San Diego, CA increasing the compensation by $2,755,731.11 for a total not to exceed amount of $8,104,319.80 covering nine years of maintenance and software system upgrades.
