To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: RESOLUTION - TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT (TDA) ARTICLE III GRANT APPLICATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016/2017 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution, (1) request that the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) allocate $165,000 from Fiscal Year 2016/2017 Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article III funds; (2) authorize the Director of Transportation and Public Works to file the application and other required documents to construct Montecito Boulevard Bike Enhancements, Citywide Green Bike Lane Transition Enhancements and Citywide Pedestrian Enhancements, and (3) authorize the Chief Financial Officer to increase appropriations upon approval of the grant by MTC as follows - Montecito Boulevard Bike Enhancements by $40,000 of TDA Article III funds, Citywide Green Bike Lane Transition Enhancements by $78,000 of TDA Article III funds and Citywide Pedestrian Enhancements by $47,000 of TDA Article III funds.
