GREENHOUSE GAS REDUCTION IN THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT
Planning and Economic Development staff will provide a general overview of code modifications to address the recently adopted Greenhouse Gas Reduction Strategies. Staff will also provide an overview of the code amendment process and identify specific changes that will incentivize the reduction of fossil fuel usage. Feedback received during the presentation will inform future code adoptions. The committee may discuss and provide direction to staff.
