RESOLUTION - MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF SONOMA FOR GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES (This item was continued from the March 8, 2016, Regular Meeting)
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Water Department, that the Council, by resolution, approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the County of Sonoma for General Maintenance and Landscaping Services, appoint the City Manager or his designee to execute the MOU, and authorize the Chief Financial Officer to encumber $122,690 of grant and Storm Water Creek Restoration funds.
