MOTION - CONTRACT EXTENSION - TOWING AND ROAD SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance and Transportation and Public Works Departments that Council, by motion, approve the First Amendment to Contract F000658 for towing and road services to Creams Dismantling Inc., DBA Creams Towing, Santa Rosa, California, in the amount of $40,000 for a total contract amount of $120,000.
