RESOLUTION - ADMINISTRATIVE COST RECOVERY LIEN AGAINST THE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2400 MENDOCINO AVENUE
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Department of Planning and Economic Development that the Council, by resolution, approve the administrative cost recovery lien in the amount of $1,266.00 against the property located at 2400 Mendocino Avenue for violations of the City Code that remain uncorrected by the responsible parties, Society Of St Vincent De Paul DIS, and authorize recording of a lien and placing the assessment on the property tax roll for collection.
