Title: RESOLUTION - SUPPORT FOR ROSELAND AREA / SEBASTOPOL ROAD PRIORITY DEVELOPMENT AREA PLANNING GRANT APPLICATION RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Department of Community Development that the Council, by resolution, support application for a Priority Development Area Planning Grant in the amount of $647,000 from the Sonoma County Transportation Authority to develop a Priority Development Area Plan for the Roseland Area / Sebastopol Road Corridor.
