2020 WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN
Staff will provide an update on the preparation of the 2020 Water Shortage Contingency Plan (which will be incorporated in the 2020 Urban Water Management Plan), including an overview of the regulatory requirements and information on proposed changes to the City’s Water Shortage Charge and Excess Use Penalty.
