RESOLUTION - ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT - ROSELAND AREA/SEBASTOPOL ROAD SPECIFIC PLAN
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Planning and Economic Development Department that the Council, by resolution, authorize the Mayor to execute an Assignment and Assumption of the Professional Services Agreement with Pacific Municipal Consultants (PMC) by Michael Baker International, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation for preparation of the Roseland Area/Sebastopol Road Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Report, Agreement Number F000893, dated December 2, 2014. (This action is the result of PMC being acquired by Michael Baker International, Inc. There is no change to the terms of the agreement.)
