Title: SANTA ROSA PLAIN GROUNDWATER SUSTAINABILITY AGENCY AQUIFER STORAGE AND RECOVERY PILOT STUDY Staff will provide information regarding a proposed grant funded Aquifer Storage and Recovery pilot study in partnership with the Santa Rosa Plain Groundwater Sustainability Agency. Utilizing Santa Rosa Water’s existing Martha Way Test Well, the project would investigate and demonstrate the hydraulic response of small-scale direct aquifer storage and recovery operations. The Board may discuss this item and provide direction to staff.
