Application for Planning Project to develop a 48-unit affordable residential neighborhood on undisturbed land submitted by Burbank Housing. The project involves a Tentative Map to subdivide the 3.79-acre parcel into 48 individual lots; a Conditional Use Permit for a small lot subdivision; and a Design Review for attached housing.
