To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - CERTIFICATION OF THE JENNINGS AVENUE PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE RAIL CROSSING FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT BACKGROUND: On November 12, 2013, a Notice of Preparation of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Jennings Avenue Pedestrian and Bicycle Rail Crossing project was issued. On October 17, 2014, the Jennings Avenue Pedestrian and Bicycle Rail Crossing Draft EIR was released for public review. The 45-day comment period is scheduled to end on December 1, 2014. The Council held a public hearing on November 18, 2014 to elicit public comments and to provide comments on the Draft EIR. The Final EIR was released for public review on February 11, 2015. The Council will consider certification of the Final EIR. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Community Development and Transportation and Public Works Departments that the Council, by resolution, certify the Final EIR for the Jennings Avenue Pedestrian and Bicycle Rail Crossing project.
