RESOLUTION - AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. RES-2021-052 AND APPROVING AN ALLOCATION OF FUNDING AND AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDING AND THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO FROM THE CDBG-DR PROGRAM AND/OR CDBG-MIT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY' S CDBG-DR ALLOCATION IN AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $15,332,526.46 AND ITS CDBG-MIT ALLOCATION IN AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $20,152,130 FOR A TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $35,484,656.46
RECOMMENDATION: The Transportation and Public Works Department recommends that the Council, by resolution, amend Resolution No. RES-2021-052, as corrected on April 13, 2021, to incorporate the additional $1,496,623.27 in Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery funding previously approved by the Council; increase the City’s authorized CDBG-DR allocation to an amount not to exceed $15,332,526.46; retain the authorized CDBG-MIT allocation of $20,152,130; and increase the total amount authorized under Master Standard Agreement 17-DRMIT-17003 to an amount ...
